Four Session Coaching Package ($145 per session)
If you're unsure what's blocking you or sense there is a deeper issue you can't see that driving your behaviors, committing to a series of sessions could be needed. Longstanding behaviors or ways of thinking can take time to navigate and with our program you can move through these blocks in a few sessions, not a few years.

Shadow Types Survey and Debrief ($325)
Take the Shadow Types® survey and receive a 90 minute debrief about your specific Shadow Type, what your type means for how you see the world, blindspots and shadows for you to consider, reasons for your lowest archetype and ways to safely access all 4, including your lowest archetype.
Shadow Types Intensive ($795)
If you're curious about how the 4 archetypes show up in your life and how to best utilize all the quadrants (Sovereign, Magician, Warrior and Lover), you'll want to take a day to dive deeply into understanding these 4 archetypes specific to you. You'll begin by taking the Shadow Types® survey and during your six-hour session, you'll receive a detailed summary of how you own (and disown) the various archetypal energies and how this impacts how you show up in the world. You'll explore how to create better balance of the archetypes and will leave the experience with a game plan for utilizing all the archetypes in order to move your life forward in a way that better serves you and your wants.
During the intensive, you will spend time exploring each of the 4 archetypes in relation to your current wants and blocks. You'll gain the wisdom and perspective from each archetypal energy. By paying attention to the strengths of each, it creates a pathway to achieving what you want.

Shadow Work Intensive ($995 - $2995)
There is incredible power and transformation that can occur when we spend intentional time in a liminal container. If you could benefit from an intensive time of deep transformational work, consider scheduling a Shadow Work intensive. Intensives run from 1 to 3 days depending on the work you want to schedule. You have the option of working individually with Shari or Chris, or to work with both of them.
Intensives allow for more time to work deeply into the risks of change and allow for several Shadow Work® processes as well as dedicated time to map out strategies for integration and practical life application.
