Chris Mosher has dedicated his life to helping people shatter the self-imposed ceilings that keep them from being the best versions of themselves. As co-founder of Liminal Systems, Chris has developed a unique blend of experiential group and individual work utilizing a grace-and-truth model that steps people into both challenge and empathy during in-depth weekend retreats, peer-to-peer group settings, and personal coaching.

Since 2005, Chris has worked with CEOs, Pastors, Professional athletes, artists, and others to work through mental blocks that hold them back from creating the life they truly want and envision for themselves. In 2019 he created and launched “The Unknown Journey”, a weekend event that challenges men to step into radical honesty, healing, and power. He has also developed a year long group program that facilitates teams into deeper levels of authenticity, communication, and effectiveness.

Chris has been president of Frantic Cat Productions for the past 25 years, providing various types of music production to brands like Sony, ESPN, E!, Miller, American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, along with artists including Peter Gabriel, Steven Curtis Chapman, Rich Mullins, Kid Rock, Heather Headley, Dolly Parton, Sixpence None the Richer, Casting Crowns, and many others.

Shari Marbois is committed to fostering environments where individuals are empowered to lead authentic, connected, purposeful, and joyful lives. With over 20 years of experience, Shari has developed and led numerous experiential programs that blend acceptance and challenge—encouraging participants to embrace their present circumstances while motivating them to take bold steps towards their future goals.

Throughout her career, Shari has co-created a variety of transformative experiences for women and men, leading more than 75 experiential events. Additionally, she has designed and implemented a comprehensive year-long group program that enhances emotional awareness, personal accountability, and communication skills.

Shari has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, delivering programs focused on emotional intelligence, personal mastery, and change management for both individuals and teams. In 2019, she co-founded Liminal, an organization committed to advancing personal and organizational development.

Shari holds a Master’s degree in Communications and is a certified Shadow Work® coach, group facilitator, and trainer. She also provides training and mentorship in group facilitation techniques.

​Brad Rukstales is an entrepreneur, community leader, and philanthropist.  With a business career spanning over 30 years, he mastered the challenges of business transformation that occur at every stage.  As a co-founder of Liminal Systems, Brad's passion is bringing our expertise to organizations who are looking to improve their performance, knowing that people are at the heart of success.

With a career in marketing and analytics, and training as a data scientist, Brad has brought billions of dollars in sales to his clients through his award-winning digital marketing systems.  A big believer in performance, his organization has been able to quantify this impact on his clients’ business, including Fortune 1000 clients as well as mid-size businesses.  
 
As a philanthropist and community leader, Brad has been involved in international charitable giving, including starting a micro-lending fund in South Africa, supporting an orphanage in rural India, and providing resources for many local US organizations.  In addition, he has served as president of his church congregation.  
 
Brad has an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from The University of Michigan.
